Sennheiser HD 202 II Professional Headphones

Sennheiser HD 202 II Professional Headphones Review

Introduction

Sennheiser is a name synonymous with quality high-fidelity products, and none more so than headphones. Yet, when it released the closed, supra-aural HD 202 II for a price below the £20/$30 mark, and claimed it’s aimed at Djs, some eyebrows started rising with a palpable sense of disbelief. Sennheiser PMX 686G Sports Earbud Neckband Headset

Sennheiser PMX 686G Sports Earbud Neckband Headset Review

Introduction

Sennheiser recently rounded off its sports line-up with mid-range earbuds acclaimed for their design, stability and quality of sound, the PMX 686G. Promoted mainly for its design and build merits, the headset is ideal for runners and other sportsmen, particularly in rainier climates, as it boasts waterproof and greaseproof capabilities.

Sennheiser HD-280 PRO Headphones

Sennheiser HD-280 PRO Headphones Review

Introduction

The classic Sennheiser HD-280 PRO headphones are impressive right off the bat, even though they’re the same as they were back in 2003, when they were first released. They’re lightweight, their ear cups collapse for compact storage, the pads are soft to the touch and remarkably airtight, and the shape is both practical and attractive.

The size, the design and the sonic capabilities of this headset mean that it’s more appropriate for studio use than personal listening, but that’s not necessarily bad news for regular folk. While it was created specifically for professional monitoring applications and studio use, with flat response for isolated, unblemished output, it’s still more than capable of handling media content cranked up to reasonable levels in the comfort of your own home.
